Our team was appointed to carry out essential roofing remedial works at a commercial facility in Bedfordshire. The project involved cleaning, leak repairs, and the application of a liquid-applied roofing system across a 4,000m² roof area.
The existing roof had visible signs of wear and water ingress, so the objective was to restore waterproofing performance and extend the life of the roof through a long-lasting, fully compliant solution.
What We Did
Our roof repair specialists started with a full inspection and assessment, identifying weak points and leaking areas in need of targeted repair.
We then cleaned the full 4,000m² roof surface using high-pressure, commercial-grade equipment to remove all accumulated dirt, debris, moss, and surface contaminants, ensuring optimal adhesion for the coating system.
Following surface preparation, our team performed leak repairs, sealing all penetrations, joints, and flashings using industry-approved methods to ensure a fully weatherproof substrate.
Once repairs were complete, we applied a high-performance, cold-applied liquid coating system through roof spraying. This formed a seamless elastomeric membrane that is fully waterproof, UV and weather-resistant, flexible with building movement, and backed by a 20-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
All works were completed on time and within schedule, and our client was highly satisfied with the results.
