Client Brief
The client approached us to carry out a full roof refurbishment after years of surface build-up, minor corrosion, and general wear had started to impact both performance and appearance. The aim was to restore the roof, improve its condition, and install a long-lasting protective system to reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
As with all of our projects, the work needed to be completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.
What We Did
We began with a full roof cleaning using a 3000 PSI turbo head pressure washer. This removed all dirt, moss, and surface contaminants, leaving the substrate properly prepared for coating. Preparation is a critical stage in any commercial roof spraying project, as it ensures the new system bonds correctly and performs as intended over time.
Once the roof was clean, we carried out targeted commercial roof repairs. Every bolt was individually base-coated to protect exposed fixings, and all cut edges were treated to prevent future corrosion. Addressing these vulnerable areas early helps strengthen the roof and prevent further deterioration.
To complete the refurbishment, we applied a high-performance DriSilane Roof Coating system. This provides a seamless, weather-resistant finish that protects the roof from the elements while significantly improving its appearance.
The finished result is a refreshed, fully protected commercial roof with enhanced durability, reduced maintenance requirements, and a longer service life, all delivered to Stark’s usual high standard.
